Media says that Flossing may not be of any use at all!
There's been a story going around that essentially says flossing is of no use. If you haven't seen it:
In all frankness, this is crap. And at the very least irresponsible for the Associated Press to even run with the story. It's the equivalent of saying "Cigarettes: Not that bad afterall!" The need for flossing and it's efficacy in the removal of plaque/bacteria/food particles has been demonstrated time and time again. My practice is built around prevention and the MAIN part of that is FLOSSING. I don't know how much more I can stress how wrong this article is.
